Rates, pickup windows, sailing dates, transit times and delivery estimates depend on the carrier, route, vehicle condition, port operations, customs requirements and documents supplied. A quotation or estimate is not a guarantee of a specific departure or arrival time.
The customer is responsible for supplying accurate identity, ownership, VIN, title, lien, consignee, destination and cargo information. Missing or inaccurate records may delay pickup, warehousing, customs processing, loading or release.
Vehicles and cargo must be supported by the documents required for the selected route. Prime may request additional records before loading or filing a declaration. Government, carrier and port requirements remain controlling.
Storage and handling charges may apply according to the warehouse, port, carrier or service agreement. Cargo that cannot move because of missing documents, unpaid balances or customer instructions may continue to accrue charges.
Customers should disclose non-running condition, modifications, hazardous materials and loose items before transport. Personal property left in vehicles may be restricted by the carrier or applicable authorities.
Invoices may include transportation, storage, loading, customs support, carrier charges, wire fees, port costs or other agreed services. Charges caused by changes, delays, inspections, re-delivery or inaccurate information may be billed separately.
Login credentials must be protected by the account holder. Vehicle photographs, documents, container media and operational data are provided to support the shipment workflow and should only be shared with authorized parties.
Any claim should be reported promptly with supporting photographs, documents and shipment references. Liability, claim periods and available remedies may be limited by the applicable carrier terms, warehouse terms, bills of lading, laws and written service agreement.
Operational or legal requirements can change. The version approved and published by Prime International Shipping LLC at the time of service will apply together with any signed quotation, application or carrier document.
